How to read this document: These Terms and Conditions form a legal agreement between you and bigo plus. Section headings are provided for navigation. Please read all sections in full. If you do not agree with any provision, do not register an account or use the platform.
01Introduction
Welcome to bigo plus at bigoplus.app. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your registration, access, and use of all services, games, and features offered by bigo plus to players in the Philippines.
By creating an account or using any part of the bigo plus platform — including browsing game information, making a deposit, placing a wager, or requesting a withdrawal — you confirm that you have read these Terms, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them.
If you are reading this on behalf of another person, you confirm that you have the authority to bind them to these Terms and that they also meet all eligibility requirements. bigo plus reserves the right to refuse access to anyone who does not satisfy the conditions set out in these Terms or who has previously had an account terminated for breach.
These Terms should be read together with the bigo plus Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and bigo plus.
02Definitions
The following terms have specific meanings throughout this document:
- "bigo plus" or "we" or "us" refers to the operator of the bigoplus.app website.
- "Player" or "you" refers to any person who registers an account or accesses the bigo plus platform.
- "Account" means the registered user profile associated with a verified email address and identity at bigo plus.
- "Balance" means the amount of Philippine Peso (PHP) held in your bigo plus account at any given time, excluding amounts under active wager.
- "Wager" means any amount of PHP placed on an outcome within a bigo plus game.
- "Platform" means all web pages, game interfaces, account tools, and content available at bigoplus.app.
- "PHP" means Philippine Peso, the only currency used for transactions on the bigo plus platform.
- "Prohibited Conduct" has the meaning given in Section 9 of these Terms.
03Eligibility
To open and use a bigo plus account, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:
- You must be at least 21 years of age. bigo plus does not permit persons under 21 to register or participate in any wager.
- You must be physically located in the Philippines at the time you access the platform.
- You must be a natural person — corporate entities and automated systems may not register accounts.
- You must not be included on any exclusion list, whether self-imposed or imposed by a regulatory or government authority.
- You must not have had a previous bigo plus account closed for breach of these Terms.
- You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or proxy for any third party.
Age verification: bigo plus reserves the right to request proof of age at any point. Where proof is not provided within a reasonable timeframe, the account may be restricted or closed and any balance returned to the verified funding source, less applicable fees.
Persons who allow their devices or accounts to be accessed by minors are in breach of these Terms. Adults are responsible for ensuring that children do not have access to their bigo plus account or login credentials.
04Account Registration
Each player may hold a maximum of one bigo plus account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment accounts, or device identities — is a breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being closed.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid Philippine contact number. You must not misrepresent your identity or eligibility during the registration process.
Identity Verification (KYC)
bigo plus applies Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures consistent with applicable Philippine regulations. Before your first withdrawal, and at other points determined by bigo plus, you will be asked to submit a valid government-issued Philippine ID. Accepted documents include a Philippine passport, driver's licence, UMID, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, Voter's ID, or PhilSys National ID. Scanned images must be clear, unaltered, and show all required details.
Failure to complete verification within the timeframe specified by bigo plus may result in account restrictions and the inability to process withdrawals until the requirement is satisfied.
05Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your bigo plus login credentials, including your password and any one-time authentication codes. Do not share these details with any other person under any circumstances.
- Use a strong, unique password not shared with any other online service.
- Log out of your account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
- bigo plus will never ask for your password, GCash PIN, Maya password, bank login credentials, or OTP via email, chat, SMS, or phone call.
- If you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person, contact bigo plus support at support@bigoplus.app immediately.
Any wager placed or transaction initiated using your account credentials is treated as authorised by you unless you have reported a compromise before the relevant action was completed. bigo plus accepts no liability for losses resulting from your failure to maintain adequate account security.
06Deposits
All deposits at bigo plus are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). The following payment channels are currently accepted: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO online banking, BPI online banking, UnionBank online banking, and Visa or Mastercard bank-issued debit and credit cards.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 for e-wallet and card channels and ₱500 for bank transfer channels. Maximum deposit amounts are shown in the cashier section at the time of the transaction and may vary by payment method or account verification status.
- Deposits are reflected in your PHP balance once confirmed by the payment provider. Instant confirmation applies to GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, and most card transactions.
- Bank transfers via InstaPay may process within minutes during banking hours. PESONet and other bank channels may take longer.
- bigo plus does not charge additional processing fees on standard deposits. Your payment provider's own charges, if any, apply separately.
- Only deposit funds that are your own. Depositing on behalf of a third party or using payment credentials that do not belong to you is prohibited.
PHP only: bigo plus does not accept deposits in foreign currency. All amounts are converted or denominated in PHP before being credited to your balance. If your payment provider applies a conversion, the resultant PHP amount credited to your bigo plus account will reflect the exchange applied by your provider.
07Withdrawals
Withdrawals are processed in Philippine Peso to the account registered in your verified legal name. The destination account must match the name recorded on your bigo plus identity verification documentation. bigo plus will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 for e-wallet channels (GCash, Maya, GrabPay) and ₱500 for bank transfer channels. Processing timelines are as follows:
- GCash, Maya: target within 24 hours of submission
- InstaPay: typically within 24 hours on banking days
- BDO, BPI, UnionBank: 1–2 banking days
- PESONet: 1–3 banking days
- Visa or Mastercard card: 3–5 banking days (subject to issuing bank's schedule)
Processing timelines may be extended during public holidays, system maintenance periods, or where additional identity verification is required. Withdrawal requests may be reviewed for anti-money laundering compliance before being approved. bigo plus reserves the right to request additional documentation for any withdrawal request.
Important: Account verification must be completed before your first withdrawal can be processed. Submitting clear, unaltered ID documents promptly after registration avoids delays when you are ready to collect PHP winnings.
08Gaming Rules and Outcomes
All bigo plus games involve an element of chance. This includes Color Game, Pusoy, Sports Betting, Bingo, Roulette, Virtual Sports, and all other game categories available on the platform. No outcome is guaranteed, and past results do not influence future results in random-outcome games.
Each game category on bigo plus operates under its own specific rules, which are accessible from within the relevant game section. Players are responsible for understanding the applicable rules before placing any wager.
- Wagers are final once submitted and confirmed. bigo plus does not reverse confirmed wagers except in cases of a documented technical error attributed to the platform.
- In the event of a technical failure affecting a wager outcome, bigo plus will determine the appropriate resolution based on available data. This may include voiding the affected wager and returning the staked PHP to your balance.
- Minimum and maximum wager amounts are displayed within each game and may vary by category, format, or account tier.
- Results generated by bigo plus random number generation (RNG) systems are final. No appeal to an RNG outcome is permitted based solely on dissatisfaction with the result.
09Prohibited Conduct
The following actions constitute Prohibited Conduct under these Terms. Engaging in Prohibited Conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities.
- Registering more than one account on the bigo plus platform
- Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or verification
- Allowing or enabling a person under 21 to access or use your account
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or third-party tools to interact with the platform
- Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities for financial gain
- Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes
- Engaging in any form of fraud, including the use of stolen or unauthorised payment credentials
- Attempting to launder money or use bigo plus for any transaction intended to conceal or disguise the origin of funds
- Accessing the platform using a proxy, VPN, or other tool to circumvent geographic restrictions
- Threatening, harassing, or abusing bigo plus staff or other users
bigo plus reserves the right to investigate any account activity that appears to involve Prohibited Conduct. During an investigation, the affected account may be restricted. Balances associated with fraudulent activity will not be released and may be retained or returned to a funding source at our discretion.
10Responsible Gaming
bigo plus treats responsible gaming as a core part of the platform, not an optional feature. These Terms require all players to engage with gaming on the platform in a manner that is financially and personally sustainable.
Before and during use of bigo plus, every player should:
- Set a clear PHP budget for gaming sessions and treat that budget as a leisure expenditure — never as an investment
- Set personal time limits per session and honour those limits even when a session is going well
- Never chase losses by increasing stake sizes in an attempt to recover previous wagers
- Never use money allocated for rent, food, utilities, tuition, or family expenses as a gaming budget
- Stop playing if gaming begins to cause stress, financial difficulty, or conflict with family or colleagues

Players who believe their gaming habits have become problematic are encouraged to visit that page and to consider self-exclusion or account restrictions. Remember: All games at bigo plus involve risk. No betting system, pattern, or strategy can overcome the statistical structure of games of chance. If you are using gaming as a way to cope with financial hardship, please seek support rather than continuing to wager.
11Intellectual Property
All content on the bigo plus platform — including game designs, logos, graphics, text, software, page structure, and the bigoplus.app domain itself — is the property of bigo plus or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
Players are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use the platform for legitimate individual gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:
- Copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the bigo plus platform
- Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any platform software
- Remove or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices on the platform
- Use bigo plus branding, logos, or trade names without prior written approval
12Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under Philippine law, bigo plus shall not be held liable for:
- Financial losses arising from participation in any game on the platform, whether or not a technical issue was involved
- Losses caused by a player's failure to understand applicable game rules before placing a wager
- Service interruptions caused by telecommunications failures, internet outages, device malfunction, or other factors outside the direct control of bigo plus
- Losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player failed to maintain appropriate security measures
- Any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss, including loss of profit, regardless of how it arises
Nothing in these Terms removes any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under Philippine law. Where mandatory consumer protections apply, they take precedence over any contractual limitation described here.
13Account Suspension and Termination
bigo plus may suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account without prior notice where:
- Prohibited Conduct has been detected or is reasonably suspected
- Verification documents have not been submitted within a required timeframe
- A withdrawal destination account does not match your verified identity
- Regulatory requirements necessitate account review or closure
- Your account has been inactive for an extended period and you have not responded to communications from bigo plus
You may also close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting support@bigoplus.app. Upon closure, any remaining verified PHP balance (excluding amounts connected to investigation or prohibited activity) will be returned to your registered payment account within a reasonable timeframe. Incomplete verification may delay the return of funds.
14Privacy
bigo plus collects, stores, and processes personal data submitted during account registration, verification, and ongoing platform use in accordance with the bigo plus Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms and should be read in conjunction with them.
By registering an account and accepting these Terms, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy, including the collection of identity verification documents, transaction records, and device information for the purposes of account management, compliance, and fraud prevention.
15Amendments to these Terms
bigo plus reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, the effective date shown at the top of this page will be updated. Where the changes are significant, bigo plus may provide notification through the platform, by email, or via the bigo plus website.
Continued use of the bigo plus platform after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you should stop using the platform and request account closure.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. bigo plus recommends bookmarking this page and checking it whenever you notice the effective date has changed.
16Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent court to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
